1. Dalrymple 10-Years-Old - 2015
Dalrymple is a teaspooned malt originating from Ailsa Bay Distillery, the modern distillery built by William Grant & Sons at Girvan on Scotland’s west coast.

Distilled in 2015 and matured for 10 years in a bourbon barrel, this whisky shows a bright, clean and fruity profile with classic notes of vanilla, honey and soft oak spice. Bottled at 43% in a 500ml format, it is an approachable and elegant Lowland-style malt focused on freshness, sweetness, and balance.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Vanilla cream, honey, fresh apple and pear, with light coconut and soft malt notes.
Palate: Smooth and sweet with vanilla, toffee, orchard fruits, and gentle spice, balanced by a clean malty backbone.
Finish: Medium length, creamy and slightly spicy with lingering vanilla, oak and soft citrus.
2. Starthenry 7-Years-Old - 2018
Strathenry is the unpeated single malt produced at Inchdairnie Distillery, a modern Lowland distillery founded in 2015 and known for its innovative and technical approach to whisky production.

Distilled in 2018 and matured for 7 years in a first-fill bourbon barrel, this whisky highlights the bright, fruity, and malty character of Inchdairnie’s spirit, complemented by vanilla sweetness and gentle oak influence from the fresh bourbon cask. Bottled at 43% in a 500ml format, it is a fresh, approachable, and fruit-forward Lowland single malt.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh orchard fruits, pear drops, green apple and banana, with vanilla cream, sponge cake and barley sugar.
Palate: Sweet and fruity with pear, vanilla, honey and soft oak spice, developing into malt sweetness and light citrus notes.
Finish: Medium length, clean and fresh with lingering vanilla, soft oak and gentle fruitiness.
3. Port Dundas 16-Year-Old - 2009
Founded in 1811, Port Dundas became one of Scotland’s largest grain distilleries and played a major role in supplying grain whisky for blends for nearly two centuries before closing in 2010.
Matured for 16 years in a hogshead, this whisky shows a classic mature grain profile, balancing sweetness, soft oak and creamy texture while still keeping a lively and fresh character.
